Return & Refund Policy

At Qash Freshness, due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict non-returnable and non-replaceable policy, except in cases of damage or defect during delivery.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Important Reminder (Mandatory) 📦

To help us verify genuine concerns, customers must record a clear video while receiving and opening the parcel.

The video must:

  • Show the parcel with the seal intact
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the product after opening

If the seal is found broken or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.

Claims raised without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Products 🚫

  • All products sold by Qash Freshness are non-returnable and non-replaceable once delivered
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons

Return Shipping Costs 🚚

  • In rare and exceptional cases where a return is approved:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
    • Proof of dispatch must be retained until confirmation
    • Qash Freshness is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments

Damaged or Defective Products⚠️

If your product is received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Contact us at hello@qashfreshness.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share the following:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the product and outer packaging
    • Mandatory unboxing video

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Sale & Promotional Products 🏷️

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • This does not affect eligibility in cases where the product is received damaged or defective

Refund (Limited & Case-Based) 💰

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may raise a concern with our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed after internal verification
  • Approved refunds are subject to a minimum non-refundable charge of ₹150, which covers essential logistics, packaging, and processing costs
  • Depending on actual expenses incurred, the total deduction may be higher and may include:
    • Shipping and logistics charges
    • Packaging and handling costs
    • Payment gateway and processing fees
    • Quality verification and administrative costs
  • The final deduction amount will be communicated at the time of refund approval, prior to processing
  • Opened cosmetic products are not required to be returned
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis, after fair review and verification.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction⚖️

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
